Through studio dicsussions and crits, Advanced Painting students at The Essential School of Painting created the ‘INTERVIEW’ zine project. Working with Jo, we created 10 issues, one for each AP student and one with Athy(AP first-year student) as a pilot issue. The Zine’s had no agenda other than to create space for the artists to take a step back from creating, and to have conversations solidified on paper. Each issue varies in style, contents and length, the interviews could be as short or long as the interviewer/ee decided.

All issues were created between March and June 2023. The Zines were also displayed in the ESOP end-of-year publication.
